# Associate the confirmation template to events

[**The event confirmation templates**](https://www.tucalendi.com/en/s/email-notifications/setting-up-confirmation-templates) that you have created and customized can **be associated to the events** in a very simple way, so that the emails with the confirmation of the bookings made reach your users or customers as you wish.

> **IMPORTANT**: As of October 1, 2023, the **"Confirmation"** field no longer exists in the event options menu. This customization of the events must be done from the **workflows**.
> 
> **It is necessary** to [create workflows](https://www.tucalendi.com/en/s/flows/how-to-create-a-workflow) to associate the **confirmation template** to your customers when they make a reservation with you.
