# Associate the reminder template to events

[The event reminder templates](https://www.tucalendi.com/en/s/email-notifications/reminder-template-configuration) that you have created and customized can be **associated to the events** in a very simple way, so that the **emails with the reminders** of the bookings made reach your users or customers as you wish.

> **IMPORTANT:** As of October 1, 2023, the **"Reminders"** field no longer exists in the **event options menu**.
>
> This customization of events must be done from the **workflows**. **It is necessary** to [create workflows](https://www.tucalendi.com/en/s/ablaeufe/add-multiple-triggers-in-a-workflow) to associate the **reminder template** to your customers when they make a reservation with you.
