# Customize the information you need to request at events

**For each meeting, appointment or event you organize, you will need to collect different information from your customers**. By default, TuCalendi will always request some basic information from the people who are going to book a meeting or event with you, such as first name, last name and email address. This information is required in order for the event to be set up. Of course you can **add additional questions** to complete the information you need.

> **IMPORTANT**: As of October 1, 2023, the **"Form settings"** field no longer exists in the event options menu.

> This customization of the events must be done from the flows. **It is necessary** to [create the form flows](https://www.tucalendi.com/en/s/flows/how-to-create-flows-for-forms) to customize the information requested from customers when they are going to make a booking with you.
