# Synchronizing an event with Microsoft Exchange Calendar

After [integrating TuCalendi with Microsoft Exchange Calendar](https://www.tucalendi.com/en/s/integrations/integrate-microsoft-exchange-calendar-with-tucalendi) you need to **synchronize your events with Microsoft Exchange Calendar**, so that when a customer schedules a meeting with you through TuCalendi, it is added to your Microsoft Exchange Calendar.

[Log in to TuCalendi](https://account.tucalendi.com/login) with your username and password. Go to the **"Calendars"** menu option:

**Find the event** you want to connect to Microsoft Exchange Calendar and **click on the event name**.

All the **event configuration options** appear in the horizontal menu.

Click on **"Synchronization"**.

In the **"Exchange server calendars"** block, under the option **"Set the calendars you want to add new scheduled meetings"**, click on **"Add"** to display your calendars.

**Check the calendars** you want to synchronize.

From now on, any events your clients schedule with you through TuCalendi will **automatically appear in your Microsoft Exchange Calendar**.
