# When do I get charged for my subscription?

When you're considering upgrading your **Basic Plan** to the **paid subscription**, you might be wondering: **when do I get charged for the subscription?**

If you choose **monthly billing**, the **initial charge** occurs at the time you **upgrade**. Your **credit card** will automatically be charged for **renewals** each month on the same day of the month on which the paid subscription began.

If you opt for **annual billing**, the **subscription renewal** will take place each year on the same day of the month as the initial purchase.

If you prefer **triennial billing**, where you pay for two years and **get one year free**, the process currently has to be done **manually**. Simply send us an email to [support@tucalendi.com](mailto:support@tucalendi.com) and we will explain the steps to follow.
