# End users or customers

**End users in TuCalendi** are the contacts, leads or customers who book any event that has been scheduled and configured with TuCalendi.

End users book any event that has been added by an [owner user](https://www.tucalendi.com/en/s/key-concepts/tucalendi-accout-owner) or [guest user](https://www.tucalendi.com/en/s/key-concepts/guest-users-on-tucalendi) of TuCalendi to their calendars, and they will do so from the various options that TuCalendi has developed to make booking easier.
