You may be wondering: **What are TuCalendi surveys?** TuCalendi surveys are a **simple and complete way to collect information** from your users and clients before they book a meeting, an appointment or any type of event you organize, either in person or online.

**A TuCalendi survey is not like the usual contact form** where you ask for a name, an email and a few simple questions to find out what the people who want to contact you and hire your services need.

In TuCalendi surveys, you have different **types of fields** to ask or inform your customers throughout the survey:

- **Text**: A field to [write free text](https://www.tucalendi.com/en/s/surveys/adding-free-text-field-survey).
- **Option button**: Users must [choose one of the available options](https://www.tucalendi.com/en/s/surveys/add-radio-button-field-survey).
- **Set of options**: Users can [choose multiple options](https://www.tucalendi.com/en/s/surveys/add-multiple-choice-field-survey).
