Can I upgrade my free account to Pro?
Yes, you can upgrade your free account to the Pro account at any time.
Do I have to provide my credit card information when registering at TuCalendi?
No, when you register we only ask for your name and email to create the account. The card details are only required if you switch to the Pro plan and want to pay by credit card.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards! Paypal and bank transfers are possible too. Bank transfer, however, only for annual payment.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time! If you do, your current plan will remain in effect until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free version.
For sure! The Basic Plan is forever free and the right thing for people who just need a quick scheduling tool without big bells and whistles.
What happens if I don't switch to the Pro plan after the trial period expires?
After the trial period, your account will be switched to the Basic Plan, which is completely free. You can still use TuCalendi for creating and scheduling appointments, but with the limitations of the Basic Plan.

Our commitment is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase after upgrading to the Pro Plan, just let us know within the first 7 days, after payment, and we will gladly refund your money.
