At TuCalendi, we are aware of the importance of the data that may be requested to provide services through an online calendar, and we are fully committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In addition, as a European company, we are obliged to comply with this regulation. We apply the rules established by the GDPR to the use of data so that all our users and customers, whether individuals or companies from the EU or any other part of the world, feel completely safe and fully confident using TuCalendi's services for their work.
For this purpose, Appload Solutions S.L., as the owner and developer of TuCalendi, makes the data processing contract available to all TuCalendi users and customers.
The data processing contract must be signed by each responsible body that has personal data processed on behalf of the customer. As soon as you store or process personal data in our systems, you must legally protect it in accordance with Art. 28 of the GDPR.
For this reason, you can sign the data processing contract with us. Signing this contract is free of charge and is fully valid for both the free plan and the paid plan. With this agreement, you can legally guarantee your customers the security of the data hosted on Appload Solutions S.L. servers.
We have automated the process to make signing the contract super simple.
Once you have logged in to TuCalendi with your username and password, go to the "Account" menu and click on the "GDPR" section:
Check the box "I confirm that I sign the contract online". At this point, you will be able to download the contract so you can read it before signing.
For the contract to be valid and electronically signed by us, you must click the "Sign contract" button.
