If someone you need in your workgroup already has their own TuCalendi account, that's no problem. You can still send them an invitation to join your team.
A TuCalendi user can be both the owner of their own account and a guest user on another account.
This lets them sign in to TuCalendi with their username and password and log in to the account they own. At any time, and without leaving TuCalendi, they can switch accounts and access any account where they are a guest user.
This process is super simple. When a TuCalendi user has multiple accounts, they will see the following options at the top right of the screen:
When you log in to TuCalendi, you are always logged in to the account you own. Clicking the "Current account" option opens a menu with the different accounts you have access to, so you can choose the one you want to work with. When you select an account, it switches automatically.
Each TuCalendi account has a unique identifier. Since a user can be a guest in several TuCalendi accounts, you can give each account an alias to make it easier to recognize the one you want to access.
