After you have integrated TuCalendi with your GoToMeeting account, you can connect events that need a virtual meeting to GoToMeeting, so that the room is automatically created and you can hold the virtual event.
Connecting any event that requires the video conferencing option is very easy. Log in to TuCalendi with your username and password and go to the "Calendars" option.
Locate the event you would like to connect to GoToMeeting when your clients schedule it with you or your team, and click on the event name.
In the horizontal menu, all the event configuration options appear.
Click on "Integrations".
In the "Video meetings" block you will find the GoToMeeting option. Just choose it.
Once you have done so, click "Save" and the connection to your GoToMeeting account will be made.
From this moment on, for any meeting, appointment or webinar of this type of TuCalendi event that your clients schedule with you or your team, the room will be created in GoToMeeting and they will be able to access it through the corresponding link.
REMEMBER: Before connecting the event with GoToMeeting, you must have integrated TuCalendi with GoToMeeting.
