We always focus on the simplicity of TuCalendi pricing plans, which is why we offer only two options:

• Basic Plan: free and fully operational, but limited in features and integrations, since only the integration with Google Calendar is available.
• Pro Plan: our paid plan with all features and integrations enabled.

You may be wondering what TuCalendi extras for your account are, if all features and integrations are already available in the Pro Plan.

The Pro Plan includes absolutely all TuCalendi features, but some of them are limited in quantity:

• Users.
• Calendars.
• Confirmation, reminder, cancellation, rescheduling and follow-up email templates.
• Survey templates.
• Booking pages.
• Email accounts.

Your business may need more users, calendars, templates, booking pages or email accounts. With TuCalendi extras you can customize your subscription to fit your usage needs.

Things to keep in mind about TuCalendi extras

There are several things to keep in mind if you want to add extras to your account:

• You can only add extras to accounts with a Pro Plan subscription. If you have a Basic Plan account, you must first upgrade to the Pro Plan.
• Extras are always charged on a monthly basis, regardless of whether your Pro Plan subscription is monthly or yearly. This way you can add and remove extras whenever you want.
• If your Pro Plan subscription is triennial and you need to add extras, the process is managed manually, just like the creation or renewal of this type of subscription. The extras are still billed monthly.
• Extras can be cancelled at any time.
• When you cancel extras, the corresponding credit is generated and used as a discount on future charges. We do not refund any difference to your card.
