Bidirectional synchronization of Outlook Calendar

Bidirectional synchronization of Outlook Calendar with TuCalendi means that any booking your customers make from the TuCalendi online calendar is added to Outlook Calendar. In addition, if you manually add an event in Outlook Calendar, the system checks the time availability of the events you have in TuCalendi for which you have enabled the option to avoid conflicts in bookings. If the times overlap, those time slots are removed from your online calendar so nobody can book them.

Enabling this TuCalendi feature is super simple.

After integrating TuCalendi with Outlook Calendar, you need to connect the events and enable the option to avoid booking conflicts so both platforms stay in sync.

Log in to TuCalendi with your username and password. Go to the "Calendars" option.

Calendar with two events

Find the event you want to connect to Outlook Calendar and click on the event name.

All event configuration options appear in the horizontal menu.

Click on "Synchronization":

In the "Outlook Calendar" block, look for the "Set the calendars to check for conflicts to prevent double bookings" field and click "Add" to display the calendars linked to your Outlook account, then select them.

This blocks the hours that are already busy in Outlook Calendar.

Once you have checked the options you need, click "Save" and the two-way synchronization between Outlook Calendar and TuCalendi will be up and running.
