Associate cancellation template to an event

The cancellation template, for events that have been scheduled and cancelled, that you have created and customized can be associated to the events in a very simple way, so that the emails with the notification of the cancellation will reach your users or customers as you wish.

IMPORTANT: As of October 1, 2023, the "Cancellation" field no longer exists in the event options menu. This customization of events must be done from the workflows.

It is necessary to create workflows to associate the cancellation template to your customers when they have cancelled their appointment with you.
