Adding extras to a subscription
As your business grows, TuCalendi can grow with you through extras. Adding extras to a TuCalendi subscription will add users, email templates, survey templates, booking pages or email accounts, to tailor the booking platform to your needs.
Adding extras to your subscription is a very simple process.
Log in to TuCalendi with your username and password. Click on the "Settings" option:
In the horizontal settings menu enter the "Plan Settings" option:
In your account information click on the "Extras" option to start adding the extras your account needs:
Click on "Add" to see the available extras and choose the ones you want to add to your account:
The extras must be chosen individually. Once you have chosen them you can indicate the amount you need:
In the case of this example we need the following extras:
- 1 calendar.
- 1 confirmation template.
- 2 reminder templates.
- 1 cancellation template.
- 1 rescheduling template.
- 1 follow-up template.
Which makes a total of 4 €/month in extras that we need to add to the account.
When you have added them click on the "Pay and update your account" button. You will be taken to the payment gateway to make the payment.
Enter your credit card details and click "Pay".
Your credit card will be charged and the monthly subscription for the extras you have added will be created.
