Customize the information you need to request at events

For each meeting, appointment or event you organize, you will need to collect different information from your customers. By default, TuCalendi will always request some basic information from the people who are going to book a meeting or event with you, such as first name, last name and email address. This information is required in order for the event to be set up. Of course you can add additional questions to complete the information you need. 

IMPORTANT: As of October 1, 2023, the "Form settings" field no longer exists in the event options menu.

This customization of the events must be done from the flows. It is necessary to create the form flows to customize the information requested to the customers when they are going to make a booking with you.
