How to use Webhooks to send data from TuCalendi

You can use Webhooks to send real-time data of scheduled, cancelled or modified events from TuCalendi via a URL to platforms such as Zapier or Pabbly Connect.

IMPORTANT: It is convenient that you start using the flows. Create the workflow.

Log in to TuCalendi with your username and password. Go to "Calendars":

Calendar with two events

Locate the event you want to connect to Webhook and click on the event name to enter the configuration options.

In the horizontal menu all the event configuration options appear.

Click on the "Webhooks"" option.

Click on the "Add Webhook" option:

In the "Webhook URL" field you must indicate the URL to which the Webhook will be sent.

If you use Zapier or Pabbly Connect, when you create a Zap with Webhook, it will provide you with the URL to include in TuCalendi.

In the "Webhook actions" field you can select the event action that will trigger the Webhook.
