Delete my TuCalendi account
We're very sorry that TuCalendi didn't meet the expectations you had when you created an account on our platform.
This tutorial explains how to delete your TuCalendi account. Please note that account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once the process has been completed, it is not possible to recover any data, even with the assistance of our support team.
Before you continue, please be aware that the following data will be permanently deleted:
- User account and profile data.
- Hubs and events.
- Bookings, meetings, and appointments.
- Settings, content, integrations, and all other stored data.
The connection to your linked external calendars will also be removed. However, the data stored in those calendars will remain intact on their respective platforms.
Step 1. Go to Settings and select "Delete account"
Click "Settings" in the top navigation bar of TuCalendi. This will open the Settings section, where you'll see a horizontal menu of options. Scroll to the end of the menu and click "Delete account".
Step 2. Read the information and enter the confirmation PIN
The "Delete account" screen provides detailed information about the consequences of deleting your account. Please read this notice carefully before proceeding.
To prevent accidental account deletion, TuCalendi requires you to enter a confirmation PIN before you can continue. The PIN is displayed on the screen. Enter it into the designated field, then click the red "Delete account" button.
Step 3. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window
After clicking "Delete account", a confirmation pop-up will appear with the following message: "Are you absolutely sure you want to delete your account? This is the last time we'll ask!"
To permanently delete your account, check the "Yes, I confirm" box. Once selected, the final deletion button will become available. Click it to permanently delete your account.
Process summary
To delete your TuCalendi account, go to "Settings" from the top navigation bar and select "Delete account" from the horizontal menu. Read the warning about the consequences of account deletion, enter the confirmation PIN displayed on the screen, and click "Delete account". In the confirmation pop-up, check the "Yes, I confirm" box to enable the final deletion button, then click it to complete the process. Please note that account deletion is permanent and irreversible, and your data cannot be recovered once the process has been completed.
